Does anyone have this for their GP? I have tried to order a repeat prescription on it for days but it always seems down! Going to have to call into gp on Monday now.

I have the NHS app, but my surgery don't allow prescription ordering or booking messages on there

That's odd. I deal with NHS at work. I've never known it to be down.

That sounds frustrating. To order prescriptions in our area you have to use the actual doctors surgery website, not the NHS one - although to do this a form needed to be filled out at the surgery reception allowing you to access to service. Very handy though as it also allows you to view your patient record and see any letters from consultants or any referrals.
Maybe you could ask your surgery if they offer this.
