Airportreservations.com: con or not??

I'm just printing off documents ready for our holiday and the airport parking that dh booked has no confirmation email, no booking reference number, and no way to contact them. Is this a scam company? Has anyone dealt with them? Do we just book again with a different company? Need to make a decision.

Well I haven't ever used them but if no reservation number, no confirmation and no way to contact them then I'd imagine its not legit?

It seems to just be a name domain that is up for sale. Not a site at all.

Have you googled it with the word scam and see if anything comes up?
Have you checked the junk mail?
Did you pay by debit or credit card? Check who the payment went to and also Google that
You could contact your bank and see if they know and can refund it as a disputed transaction then book elsewhere if it comes up as dodgy on Google

shocking! got told my booking was not valid
Absolutely shocking! Got the booking confirmation for Heathrow airport London via email without any detail or whatsoever on where to go and what to do once there, I only received the car park address. Got there with the satnav and parked. When I collected my car 3 days after and got to the exit I was told my booking was not valid and I was refused support by the staff and I ended up having to pay my parking twice!!! absolutely shambles! no information and no support! avoid like the plague
