with you hairdresser?!
I love mine, she is absolutely lovely and I've been going to her every 8/10 weeks for the past 7 years. She's a lovely lady, but, the past year or so I just don't feel she's listening to what I want to do with my hair. She used to try different things when asked and I loved it, but now when I ask her to, she just seems to cut it the same way and it looks exactly what I was trying to get away from when I come out!
I've spoken to her (nicely!) about trying something new but I think she may just be bored with me and my hair. I went yesterday for my appointment and my lovely lady had called in sick so another girl did my hair and I love it. It's exactly what I asked for and it's a great cut.
I'd like to go to her again, but I think I might upset my usual hairdresser as she's said to me before that she takes it quite personally when people change stylist from her.
How do you do this nicely?
Disclaimer: no I know it's a silly problem and I should grow up etc etc., but please bear in mind that I am a chronic people pleaser and I hate the thought of upsetting someone. 😁
