Is this a reasonably decent weight loss?

I have (had) about 3 stone to lose so quite a lot.

Started a healthy eating plan on the 3rd June and my current loss stands at 1 stone 5 lbs.

Does this sound about right for coming up to 7 weeks?

Really good! Well done you. That's amazing. Remember you don't want to lose more than that really in a short space of time because you need it to be a lifestyle not a quick fix. Keep going

@strawberryandcreams aw thank you! I think it's not been quicker as I have to eat in a sustainable way or I'll just pack it all in.

I don't count calories or anything like that because that's not the road I want to go down.

I'm just impatient I think!

Ideally for sustainable it's between 1-2lb a week. You've done way more than that. Keep going. But it's definitely great weight loss! It will slow down as you have less body fat to burn now. But don't get disheartened

Thats bloody brilliant! Well done you! You should be so proud of yourself!

For sustainable weightloss around 1-2lbs a week is about right. Slow and steady wins the race. 7 weeks and youre nearly half way to your goal. 7 weeks you stuck at it, putting yourself first and doing something for you. Thats a massive achievement!

yes I’ll maybe call them tomorrow. I don’t think they’ll offer an urgent appt so will be after the new year I imagine. She can’t stop coughing and has a fever of 39.6.
She’s been eating just not much for the last week but nothing at all today ☹️
