Does anyone else get actual flue like symptoms - headaches, scratchy flemmy nose-throat thing?

I thought cravings, cramps and misery were bad enough but for several months now I have been getting these new gifts… Onset of peri (45 y)?

mine were due to lactose I found by accident. I am intolerant I no longer get these symptoms and I’ve been through the menopause.

Yes, every month I get flu like symptoms. Was a nightmare during covid, but I’ve learnt that it’s just period flu now!
