I've been employed in the NHS continuously since I qualified as an AHP and have stayed in the same Trust, moving up through bands. I'm thinking about applying for a new post in a different area and have made a start on the application form, but am really unsure about the employment history. Specifically dates! I have a rough idea of years when I moved posts but definitely could not be precise. How specific does it need to be? Like I've (a lot) more years experience than is specified in the job criteria and does it really matter that I can't remember when I moved from one band to another? Just so long as I state that it's been continuous employment?
