Are there any good apps where you can track your daily moods? I feel like I am going from highs to lows - as in I can't cope lows - and I can't work out if it's hormones, PND, early menopause, just my usual random being overtired and stressed moods. I think it would be wise to start keeping a track of my daily moods to see if there is a pattern. I know I could just use my phone calendar or something, but I know I'll just forget so something that might give me a reminder, and maybe have other helpful features would be good.
Surely something good exists? Anyone have any personal suggestions?
