Loose tooth problem

I’m in Spain on holiday. I’ve got a loose tooth, a big back molar flapping around. It’s making me gag and I can’t speak properly or eat. Terrified of dentist. Any tips on getting it out?

Why is it loose?

You say it so casually as though it were something that just happens.

Injury?

Disease?

Tumour?

Oh just take a shot of vodka and pull that baby out. It is how dentists have been doing it since the year dot.
