Can anyone recommend a high end, child friendly accommodation in Jersey?

Hotel or self catering, ideally walking distance from pub / beach/ cafes etc. I have never been to Jersey and have no idea where to start…

Best beach is St Brelade’s Bay, there are several lovely hotels - particularly Hotel L’Horizon or The St Brelade’s Bay Hotel. I prefer the location of the former but suspect the latter is fractionally nicer to stay in.
