I have concerns about my DD making friends in reception. She's about to turn 5.
She is happy at school and she is always excited to go but I don't think she's made any real friends.
At drop off I've noticed the other children dealing out to others and running around together. My DD sort of joins in, approaches it a bit hesitantly...
I've asked who she plays with and would like to be friends with and she just says "everybody" "I play with everybody"
She's happy but I thought she may have made some firm friends now.
I'm worried she's not making any connections and the rest are all paired off and in groups...
Few like the only one who feels this.
