Rain coat suggestions

Budget 40-50 pounds

Need to invest in a rain coat .
I need something very thin though as I feel the heat and get hot very easily and walk most places
I hardly ever use a proper winter coat during winter as I find them to hot but I need something to keep me dry that won't have me sweating as it's still fairly warm in the south where I am but raining every single day

I have two joules raincoats which are really light. I have a longer brown leopard print and a hip length green leopard print one. I got one in the joules sale and one from the joules eBay shop.
