Where on earth is my bike glove

A pair of 4 year olds yesterday decided, in spite of repeated requests to leave them alone, that my bike gloves were the best toys ever. I now only have one. I've searched the house seemingly from top to bottom and can't find it at all. Can anyone help suggest where a 4 year old might think a good place to hide a small bike glove might be? Thank you.

My husband lost a bike glove last winter. It turned up a fortnight or so ago, caught up in the door curtain. (We won't talk about the fact that if there was a Domestic God/Goddess leaving here it would have been found sooner)

It'll be velcrored to something about 2 feet off the floor

Stuck to coats on coat hooks?

Stuck to tea towels hanging up?

Down the side of the sofa or underneath it?

Under rug or door mat?

Have you checked the oven of the toy kitchen?

We found a glove this morning in the garden, assume it was left out and a fox (or a cat) brought it in. Maybe it's yours? Though it looked more garden glove than bike glove.

Velcroed to an Elsa dress in the dress up box. At least that's where I found DH's after they'd missing for ages and had already been replaced.

I’ve turned the house and garden upside down and there’s still no sign. So it either went home with them (possibly in their pants) or it went out of the window and the fox got it or it was flushed down the loo. I’ve ordered new ones so if it isn’t in a fox den or in the sewer it’ll turn up now.
