URGENT: need help contacting boots HR

So I have been offered a role in the NHS about 3 weeks ago.

My ex manager cannot do my reference (which is where it was sent first) as he no longer has access to my sickness record. So he sent it too the reference team, this hasn't got anywhere.

I was given a HR email address by the customer care team at boots, so have given that to the NHS recruitment team. But this also hasn't got anywhere.

I'm going to lose my job offer at this rate, I'm so stressed, anyone have any suggestions?

The recruitment team need a email address though, will give them a ring and see if I can get anywhere.

I'm sure they do but you're going to have to do a bit of legwork I think!

Good grief how bad are the boots HR department that this seems to be a common issue? Have they cut it down to the bone or outsourced it or something?
