Miscarriage at 18 weeks

I had a missed miscarriage discovered at 18 weeks and was induced/delivered a couple of days ago. I also needed a d&c for retained placenta.

I've been ok since then, minimal bleeding and no pain just feeling very tired. Is it normal to feel faint afterwards? I've had two kids and two earlier miscarriages previously and never noticed this but the past couple of days I've come close to passing out a few times. I know I should ask my Dr and I will but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I have looked online but most things seem to be talking about earlier miscarriages.

Sending lots of love to you ❤️
I had a late MC at 16 weeks, I can't remember feeling faint, although was utterly exhausted. I would reach out to your care team. Take care x

Thanks both, I called up and have been advised to start on iron supplements.
