Hi all

I'm hopeful someone can help me please. Im looking for food for my ceoliac daughter in or near Mijas Spain. Aldi did have a few bits but not much this week.
Hoping to get bread and crackers mostly but just need a bit more of a selection.
I drive so can travel a reasonable distance.

Thanks

There's a big Lidl by Jardin Botanica.

Potatoes. Boiled, mashed, fried, baked, and all the rest of the food already mentioned.

Try Mercadona and Carrefour down the road in La Cala. And SuperCor in Riviera del Sol.

El Corte Inglés in Cala de Mijas will have a good selection of gluten free stuff, send there are a couple of Lidls too. There's also an Iceland (Overseas?) British supermarket if you feel more comfortable shopping there.

Mercadona have the best selection

I recall the Eroski next to the Ayuntamiento in Mijas Pueblo having gluten free breadsticks, rolls, etc. Look for the white bags with a teal label on it saying "Sin Gluten".

Thanks all. Managed to get some bread and pasta.
She does eat all the things mentioned. She has had meat and fish with veg etc but she can be fussy at times so bread and crackers are something i know we can rely on if she is feeling that way.
