Downloading from Netflix

We have the entry level Netflix account, to watch only 1 screen at once so it’s currently linked
to the main TV in the house.

Is it possible to download to an iPad? If so how does that work?

Most programmes you can download, occasionally you can't if netflix don't have the rights for download etc.

Just download the app on your iPad, login and then on the show/film you want it should have a downward facing arrow saying download.

Once downloaded will appear on the downloads tab in your netflix app.

Yes you can put it on an iPad via the App Store. It "knows" if you're already watching on one device and won't let you use it on the other at the same time.

thanks for the top tips , it worked a treat. And then we tried to download into a second iPad and it didn’t like it.

It should be ok. We all have the app on our phones as well as an iPad!

The basic account only lets you have downloads on one device. When you delete from that device then you can download on another.
