What would you do? Land ideas needed please.

If you had a property with 2 acres of land what would you do with it to earn some extra money?
I'm thinking more of short term ideas like farmers market, or forest school rather than renting it out as a horse paddock for example.

Where is land located - middle of nowhere or near people? Which bit of the country?

How much input/ effort do you want to put in?

What do you mean by "short term"? A forest school would probably want the option of quite a long lease.

Farmer's market sounds like a lot of hard work to me.

Located rurally on the edge of a village in Lincolnshire.

By short term I meant something that comes and goes, so contract for forest school as they wouldn't be there 24/7 like a horse would.

Well if you got planning permission on it for a house or houses then you would be looking at serious money rather than "extra money ".

Thanks, but we don't want to sell or build on it.

It is just extra income we're thinking about.
