It's my birthday in 2 weeks, and we are having a date night (just been booked), I really want to look nice, but my tummy is awful, I'm fat (66kg and only 5ft 2) any good ways of helping tone my tummy in 2 weeks.

You won't get any toning in two weeks but you can reduce bloating through diet which may have the desired effect.

Do some planks and sit ups, and get optibac one week flat.

Mydogrocks · 22/07/2023 20:15

What is optibac

Davinas 5 week fit ab routine.

Fucker makes me swear.

However, abs are made in the kitchen. So like, how much do you want it?

LindorDoubleChoc · 22/07/2023 20:17

No carbs. I'm sure you can manage that for two weeks if it's that important to you.

What is optibac

A brand of probiotics

Mydogrocks · 23/07/2023 00:07

And what do they do?

IamAlso4eels · 23/07/2023 00:32

I recommend Team RH Fitness, you can lose weight in a healthy way without cutting out carbs, drinking weird things, starving yourself or doing god knows how many planks and sit ups (I mean you can do planks and sit ups of you want but diet is the most important factor in losing fat).

In 2 weeks you're not going to achieve anything with exercise apart from improving self esteem.

The best you can aim for would be to lose water weight and reduce bloating.

I'd go low carb / low cal and drink gallons of water. Avoid wheat and dairy.

And what do they do?

Google for a bit of homework - easier than someone explaining on here

Hi @immy324 Pilates is brilliant, it really tones up the tummy. There are some good Pilates workout videos on You Tube.
Have a great birthday! Xx
