DH is cooking a lamb chilli because it feels so cold and wintery here (raining ALL day) with wedges and rice. I'll be opening a nice bottle of Malbec as soon as DS is in bed and I think we've decided on Empire of Light for a film. How about everyone else?

I'm about to open a Peroni and watch The Bear thanks to all the recommendations on here. I've got chicken and vegetable skewers with sweet potato fries in the oven for me to heat up later once the dc are in bed. Happy Saturday mumsnet 🍻

I made a quiche Lorraine for the first time in years it was fab. I was given a large box of clementines so i have marmalade bubbling away in the slow cooker looking forward to having some for breakfast. I'm currently watching what we do in the shadows and drinking rum and coke.

Actually really enjoyed it.

I had a veggie stir fry, I'm not vegetarian, and have some chicken mini fillets in the fridge that I seasoned and air fried earlier to have for supper. I'm watching TalkTV, don't watch much terrestrial TV these days.

We had chicken and chorizo jambalaya. Kids have only just gone to bed, DH is now watching the new fast and furious film and I'm reading my book. Saturday nights are wild now we are mid thirties with 2 children!
