What are these on my travel system?

Hi all,

Currently cleaning my travel system to sell and have found these in the hidden pocket in the basket under the pram. Any ideas what they are? I must have kept them for a reason. They have the same connector as the bar across the buggy too. Its a Cosatto wow if that helps. Thanks!

Dont worry! Figured it out right after posting. They cover the holes if i were to take the bar off :)

are they just caps for the bar connectors if you are using the buggy without the bar?
