Does anyone have an actual phone number for asda home delivery?

I can’t find one online. They have substituted 36 cakes with 12 and 4 loafs of bread with 1. Unless I have some Jesus like ability to perform miracles that just isn’t going to work and is a pointless substitution.

They probably tell you if it has been picked nothing they can do. Call centre abroad. Seems mad not giving you an alternative for the bread.

What do you want them to do - you can reject the substitutions but if they don’t have the items they don’t have them

Try ringing the store it's coming from directly. This worked for us once when we were waiting for a delivery, although I caveat that by saying it was about 5 years ago
So might be different now.

You can call them but from experience they won’t be able to do that much if you’re hoping they’ll change it. You’ll just have to say no to the substitutes.

Unfortunately, you can't actually speak to the store when you ring, it's all automated, unless you know someone's extension number. At the one near us, 201 puts you through to the store manager who has then put me through to the department I need.

They don’t have the stock. The best thing you can do is reject the subs and head out to get what you need. Annoying I know but doubt they’ll be able to do anything now it’s picked.

Just go to your order, request refund and enter details on there. It's very easy. I've done it several times and you don't need to mess about phoning.
