Toddler return gifts

Can anyone recommend, please, a good (and cheap) toddler return gift? The toddlers are 2-3 years old so nothing that breaks easily or is a choking hazard.

Also, a few of the kids will be much older. Any kind of novel return gift ideas for 7-10 year olds? I'd prefer one interesting return gift to a party bag.
