Issue after c section

This is very tmi so sorry in advance!

So I had my little year via c section a year ago after a failed induction. Since then I had nothing but issues going to go the toilet pain, blood etc. I had three polyps removed (waiting for the result) and they found not cuts, piles etc just the polyps. They said the bowel seemed healthy.

I'm not sure what to do anymore I'm drinking more eating healthy and I never had this issue before my LG. I go from conspitation to having diarrhea along with the pain of both which can last for hours including into the night and the pain wakes up me.

The doctor said it could the scar tissue but I can't live like this especially when it affects me picking her up..they put me on duloxetine.

I am sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. After my first c-section I had a pain in my right lower abdomen that was a dull ache. I would not be able to lean against the worktop when. Washing up. My period became very heavy and would start with a wosh (TMI). I went to doc who said heavy periods are normal after having a child. I had another c-section five years later and all of these symptoms completely rectified. I don’t know what the cause was but there was definitely an issue.
