I just had a godawful time with Parcelforce today.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to send a parcel to the US? It's 70cm x 70cm x 15cm if that makes any difference.
I'll go back to Parcelforce if I have to (but take it to the post office as their collection didn't turn up today, I was told it was rebooked for tomorrow but when I decided to cancel they told me it hadn't been rebooked anyway so that would have been another day sat in waiting for no reason).
