I ordered about 12 things for me and kids for a upcoming holiday delivered to store. I got a text saying it was delivered, but the store Couldn't find it. A week later it was saying collected in my account but I didn't have it.
Can't fault Next as they refunded it. The store think someone put in my parcel number by mistake but that seems unlikely. I have a unsaul non Englush surname and it's usual in my country.
The need to check the postcode.
I think the IT system just marked it as delivered as I did go into store and enter the number but at a totally different date and time. Its made me wary about ordering to store again.
