Where to look

I have a Teams interview next week and was wondering where the best place to direct my eyes - do I look myself in the eyes or do I look at the camera.
I'm used to Teams meetings and when I look at myself, my eyes always look half shut 😩

Just look at the other person/people. So roughly in the middle of the screen.

Generally at the middle. If you have notes up on your screen I would suggest making them transparent so you can look at your notes and the Teams video at the same time so you're not looking left and right all the time.

Set up a meeting just with yourself and have a play around with the camera angle to see what looks best.

The problem with looking at the other person on the screen is that you think you are looking at them, but what they see could look different depending on your set up.

Good idea re the having a meeting with myself, and the position of the notes. I think I need to put my laptop on a box so that I'm not looking down . I normally spend meetings despairing at my droopy eyes and state of my fringe 😂
