Update - a bit late but a massive thank you to all the recommendations.
We loved North Devon!! Woolacombe beach is beautiful & we had some fab days where we body boarded to our hearts content. We didn't get to do everything unfortunately as spent a lot of time at the beach or hotel pool but we did do;
Lynmouth - cliff railway.
Hockings ice cream 🤤 & just cornish Mr Whippy!!!
Croyde - where we had some lovely meals
Squires - amazing fish & chips & such good value.
Watermouth Castle- so random! loved the dungeon 😆
Curry at Barricane beach
Ilfracombe - we liked the harbour, had a great breakfast. Did a boat trip & i bought some cute bits.
Arcades - spent our winnings on sweets.
I've eaten far too many cream teas, waffles, ice cream, baguettes, blondies but had a fantastic time.
