Could this be period related or something else?

I mean, this does seem to coincide with my period. I'm just over the heaviest part of it now and I have a headache (like a withdrawal headache, intense pressure), some nausea and the slight runs (sorry tmi). I'm also intensely hungry. Last night I had a grumbling pain under my right rib. This comes and goes generally and only lasted about 15 mins. Once all of this goes away I forget about it until the next time but when it's happening I start to worry cos I feel so ill! Does anybody else get these symptoms?

It sounds hormonal. I have low estrogen and I get really bad period headaches the first few days every month. They are a lot better now I've seen a gp and my hormones are levelling out. I would definitely get your hormone levels checked!!

Thank you, I am so clearly in peri menopause. It's amazing how every month, though, I work myself up there's something seriously wrong because I feel so ill!

I cant believe how much I just lived with until I went to the gp.

I get a headache of a day or two every month when due. HRT didn't fix it even though it's obviously linked to hormones. It's not unbearable but definitely uncomfortable.

It's so variable isn't it that it's hard to fully pinpoint anything. So frustrating!
