Fruit fly

Can anyone please help me. My kitchen has fruit fly that are annoying. Tonight they have moved into the sitting room and are all over my rose..

Can anyone please help me get rid of them?

I had loads of fruit flies in my kitchen I used vinger and washing up liquid put it in a few cups put cling film with some holes in it. It worked.

I leave fruit in the garage or fridge. At this time of year I do similar to @ilovetea14 and have a little glass dish with wine and a few drops of fairy liquid. Does the trick.
