Can't download on netflix

Going away with the kids on a road trip tomorrow and went to Download a few movies for when they get sick of their puzzles, colouring in, stickers etc.

When I tried to download on the netflix app it says I've too many downloads on other devices. I don't have any on any other devices. To be sure, I signed out of everything except for the account on the device I needed (android tablet). Didn't work.

Then I deleted and reinstalled the app. Still getting the same message . We are going somewhere without much WiFi and I would like to have some back up options to keep the kids busy.

If nothing works, has anyone any other suggestions for an app I can download movies to? I don't mind paying a monthly fee as long as its not too expensive.

Have you ever given your password to anyone else? I'd reset the app, and change the password. If that doesn't work, you could get a Disney+ sub for a month. I think you can get via Tesco Clubcard points.

But they have A LOT of kid friendly content, especially if your kids don't usually have access to if

You can check in your settings what devices have downloaded and remove them from your account if you don’t recognise them. I did this although it was mt ad

I reset the app and only my husband has the password.
