I know this is dull but I am too embarrassed to ask my colleagues I teach with as I am worried it will make me look like a Luddite.

Do I have to be in school to access share point?

We have three sites and other teachers uploads schemes of work to sharepoint. I don't physically see them (staff that is). Should I be able to view this from home?

Yes as long as you log in with your usual account credentials. Have you bookmarked the urls and tried to access them from home that way?

Yes as in yes you should be able to access from home

That is entirely down to your workplace's policies. Be aware that just because something is technically possible does not mean it's allowed! Specifically, you probably want to check a remote working or BYOD policy.

I accessed our school share point from a completely different school on Monday using their PCs rather than my laptop. They have just started 2 factor authentication which is a bit of a faff but it worked.
