Help with tattoo design pleeasssseee

I have an image that I’d like altering slightly to take to Spain this week to get a tattoo - it’s 99% done just needs slight alterations so I can hand it over and say “this is what I want”. Any ideas how I find someone cheap and quick to do this for me??

There's a website called Fiverr where you can hire artists/graphic designers to do small jobs, like designing a logo or character or something, probably someone on there could help.
