Today I'm going sugar free

Or as much as I possibly can. I'm all or nothing, so cannot have 1 piece of chocolate for example, I would eat the whole bar regardless of size.
Wish me luck !

Check the ingredients in EVERYTHING.
salt and vinegar crisps are sneaky fuckers for sugar.

I gave up sugar for Lent one year, anything with the word sugar listed as an ingredient in it. Which is a surprising amount.

It wasn't too hard really.

I hope you have more willpower than me it`s a brilliant thing to do but alas I only lasted 3 weeks!

Ready meals and sauces often have sugar hidden in the ingredients too!

@00100001 thanks for the heads up ! I'm aiming for fresh food, no junk. I know people say that if you cut it all entirely because then you crave more but I cannot have a handful of anything eg crisps I would eat several bags in one sitting . I have an over eating problem, and a sugar addiction . Today it stops. Yesterday I brought chocolates from Hotel Chocolate and I binged the whole lot in the car on the way home. I will never forget the way I felt after, ever. I never want to feel like that again

Good luck @catsgoldfishandtoomanypets!

I’ve been doing this for a couple of years now - I don’t always manage to stick to it as we all have our demons, but it’s how I live my life now.

I’m like you, for addictive reasons it turns out I have to be all or nothing.
