Frozen salad. Can anything be done?

Bollocks. Found in my hurry to put away my supermarket delivery I’ve put the bagged salad in the freezer. It’s the crunchy one with lettuce carrots and cabbage.
I rarely food waste but frozen lettuce is a goner I think?

Defrost and mix with pasta and mayo? Or stir fry?

Frozen lettuce does have a weird texture but when our salad drawer is over zealous and freezes stuff I still eat it (with other things to make it more palatable) because I figure I use frozen spinach all the time in cooking so it can't be that different.

Make it into soup?

I'd make it into soup.
