Would mixing crème friache with sweet chilli dipping sauce create a nice sauce?

Basically I had chill chicken pasta in a restaurant last week, it was delicious and my daughter is asking if we can make but I'm utterly useless at cooking so I'm unsure how to go about it but would mixing crème fries with chilli sauce create the type of thing that I am taking about ?

Yes it will. If you pan-fry the chicken, then take that out of the pan to rest, stick a chopped onion and some garlic to the pan and fry off until cooked through, turn the heat down and add in sweet chilli sauce, cook out for a minute or two and then add in the creme fraiche. Stir chicken back in.

Have you googled the restaurant and seen if they have the menu listed online. They often tell you what ingredients are in a dish. Worth taking a look on their facebook as well.

Could it have also been made with cream cheese. I think some cream cheese is flavoured with sweet chilli

I used something like sriracha rather than sweet chilli.
