Everything seems all doom and gloom right now with the climate concerns. I KNOW the little things we do won't make a difference in the grand scheme of things but if anyone if feeling anxious maybe we could tell each other the little achievements we have made recently in terms of what we CAN do. If no one replies then I get it because it seems daft!
Anyway
Last week I ran out of cotton balls and have replaced them with bamboo reusable ones that just go in the washing machine. I'm loving them and will never buy cotton balls or pads again.
have replaced cotton buds with bamboo ones which are biodegradable (I don't suse them but family does.
I already use bamboo reusable sanitary pads.
DC had a friend's birthday party last week and we used brown paper and a brown paper bag and then DC drew on it and made it personal. Birthday child loved it!
Have not been using the tumble dryer at all, and yes the towels are quite stiff (this was the only thing we tumbled) but oh well!
making at least two dinners a week veggie and every lunchtime.
Would love more tips and to see what others are doing! (little wins)
