What could this be?

Not sure I’m posting in the right place for this and I know I could pop into a jewellers but so many people here have a wealth of knowledge I thought I’d pop in and ask.
I was thinking opal maybe? I’d love some info if anyone has any clue and what you think the value could be? I’ve googled the place it appears to be from in Las Vegas but it didn’t bring up much. It had belonged to my partner’s stepmum xx

You really need a jeweller's valuation.

They vary considerably depending on which type, weight etc...

Depends on the metal, the other gems, looks like tiny pearls, and if it’s Look on the shop’s website.

@WhatADrabCarpet Thank you, yes it’s so pretty. We are having a couple of her other rings valued soon I believe so I may see if they are able to look at this one too or I may take it to a local jeweller and see what they say.
@CheshireCat1 I couldn’t find a website for the shop and to be honest this is likely to be about 15/20 years old.

@CopperSeahorses Oh it does! I can’t see what price they had that at though because it’s sold. I’m just interested to know. It only fits well on this finger so I can’t wear it as I wear my engagement ring and it’s slightly too big for my other ring finger 😕

It's beautiful but from experience not worth much unless there is another stone or serious weight in metal

Looks like an opal, could be a white Opal or synthetic, so possibly not worth a great deal.
It’s worth a trip to a jewellers to have it valued.
