Lost my M&S receipt

But have a screengrab of transaction on Dh credit card.. will they give me a
Credit note?

I returned an item I had mislaid the receipt for and when it was scanned at the till, they actually told me it was just pass the return date by one day! She was very kind and gave me a credit note, but I was more amazed they knew when it was purchased without the receipt.

Definitely take it back as you have the screenshot.

If you bought it online and kept the bag, in store they can scan the label and bring up the order. They did that the other day while I was faffing around looking for it on the app!

Is it food or clothing/homeward?

Most stores will usually give a credit note when you don't have the receipt.

If you use a sparks card then you can find orders and purchases on the m&s app.

I exchanged a pair of jeans for a pair of sandals, no receipt , about 10 days after I bought them. No problems.
