What are these spots?

My DS who's 7 has two red spots on his waist and 2 on his legs. I took him to the doctor to check today in case it's chicken pox as his brother is immunosuppressed. Doctor reckons they are just bites.

He's got another spot on his knee tonight that has a white head on it. What could it be? I've never seen a bite with a head like that.
He says it's itchy.

Forgot to say, he's been vaccinated against chicken pox but obviously there is still a small chance you can catch it.

Looks like pox to me. Especially if it's spreading.

I think it could be chickenpox.

Molluscum?
I guess you’ll know by tomorrow if it’s chickenpox but that’s not a typical chickenpox lesion. Not measles or rubella either, most serious conditions don’t cause bumps like that

The others don't seem to have heads though. Maybe that's what happens if you've been vaccinated maybe? I did read that they can look different than none vaccinated.

Molluscum contagiousum. Not sure if that’s correct spelling.

I'm going to have to attempt to get him another doctors appointment aren't I. Urgh, it's going to be annoying explaining to school when he already went today.
