Who’s the best Twitter person for consumer issues

I’m having an argument with Sainsbury’s customer services at the moment. They sent me a voucher for £15 of a £150 shop. I placed an order and used the voucher and it came off the total at checkout, but then when they delivered the order they charged the full amount without the discount.

I rang their customer services expecting them to refund me no bother, but she said she could see I’ve never used the voucher and then she hung up on me.

I’m fucking fuming. I’ve tweeted them but they just keep offering me another voucher (I already HAVE a voucher FFS!) and saying they’ll ask their technical team to look into it. Who should I copy in from a consumer warrior point of view? A modern day Esther Rantzen if you will?

Also…is it legally permissible to call Sainsbury’s a bunch of thieving bastards?
