Holiday tomorrow (beach holiday abroad). I'm packed... but what have I forgotten?

Nightwear, charger, underwear, medication - all things I’ve forgotten before…

I fixate on my mouth guard. I can buy anything else that I need wherever I am, but I’d be stuffed without that.

Refillable bottle if tap water is drinkable, so you don’t buy so many bottles of water. Insulated bottle is brilliant for keeping water cold in the heat
Headphones
Tape or blu tac to cover up any annoying lights from tv etc in the room (maybe just me)
Earplugs
Medical pack - plasters, nurofen, travel sickness pills, imodium, piriton, thermometer.

I took period delay tablets this year (norethisterone) so managed not to have an unwanted period on holiday.

Nail clippers and tweezers (I always find an annoying hair at some point on holiday)
Scissors (never know when you might need them)

If you're dependent on glasses and can't see a thing without them then pack a spare pair or get one of those little repair kits from chemists or supermarkets with the tiny screws.

I hardly ever break my glasses but if I'm going to then it's guaranteed to happen on holiday!
