Noticed a damp smell coming from my carpet in the corner of the living room. I have lifted the carpet and the wooden floor panels are rotten and damp. It looks like water is coming under the house from our front when it rains
Would appreciate some advice if anyone has experience similar? I know we will have to change floor boards and cement the floor? I can't see this being cheap has anyone had to do this?
Also if we do cement where does the water do? Do I speak to United Utilities should there be a better drainage systems?
