Cost of fixing phone screen

Gutted. A jar fell out the cupboard and landed hard on my new phone, smashing the screen. Phone isn't insured except through home insurance so will probably just pay to get it fixed.
Does anyone know how much these things usually cost? Where should i even go to get it done?! So annoyed with myself!

Google your local town or ask on FB or nextdoor app to see what phone repair places are near you.
Our town has someone that fixes iPhone screens for iirc around £80.
Teen has been through several so DH now orders a screen off Amazon or eBay and does it himself for around £30.

I'm a clumsy bugger and have dropped my phone often over the years. New screen usually costs around £80.

Depends on the phone and if you’re ok getting it done by an independent repair place that might void your warranty.

I just paid £160 for a new screen on my pixel 6a. The first place I called quoted £210, so do shop around.

They really don't it totally depends on what the phone is, some types are waaay more than that because of the shape of the screen
