This is a great little pot for storing your mashed avocado or your guacamole. And because it's airtight it means it doesn't go that unappealing brown colour, it stays nice and green. So you can mash a few avocadoes in one go and then store it in the fridge for a few days.
I know some people use cling film and some people use lemon juice to prevent browning but this is the most effective thing I've found.
