Tried to do something cute with my hair this morning. Try to be on trend, down with the kids.

anyone have any tips on styling thick, frizzy hair without heat ?!

My go to now is an easy upstyle (inverted plait bun) that tucks all my hair away. But following for more tips.

Sleep in two plaits whilst hair is very slightly damp or dampen after plaiting.

Lovely waves in the morning.

Have you looked into the curly girl method? Frizzy hair is most often waves or curls wanting to come out.
