My mother in her late 70s is getting increasingly irate with her Gp. I've told her to change, but she recently moved practice and is still struggling.
I suspect some underlying difficulties which makes it really hard for her to communicate effectively/cope with admin like online booking etc.
Frankly I'm fed up of dealing with 73 phone calls when she has a sore throat because she can't get a doctors appointment.
Can anyone recommend a good virtual service or is she better getting a private doctors in a big town? She can use phone/internet but she makes things much harder than they need to be.
