Nespresso vertuo capsules

We've arrived to our holiday apartment to find a very nice looking coffee machine. It is a Nespresso vertuo.

DH went to Tesco and bought some Nespresso pods. They're too small!

According to google the vertuo pods can only be bought on line. Helpful when on holiday!

Does anyone know if there any supermarkets that sell them? Thanks.

@nespressovertuo As far as I know they’re still only available straight from Nespresso either online or in their own stores. We have a machine and always just buy online. Have never seen the capsules anywhere else!

I've not seen any, maybe the reception/landlady has some?
Alternatively nespresso sell them at their boutiques or Amazon perhaps?

I thought you could only get the Vertuo pods from Nespresso stores and online. Can’t understand why anyone buys this variant as the pods are not readily available and you can’t buy rip off versions

Thank you! It seems such a strange choice for a holiday home. We've been to places before with coffee machines and they've all been easily purchasable from local supermarkets!

Vertuo pods are still copyrighted so can only be bought direct from Nespresso, either online or in store

Means the coffee is 100% as lesser companies cannot rip it off

As only available online they should give you a good supply and/ or let you know in the details so you can pre order and bring with you !!

You can buy them online through Amazon. If you have Prime you can get next day delivery. The reason the machine is in the holiday home is because they are really cheap at the moment - and they are cheap because the capsules are extortionate.
