What MLM/scam is this?

On a friends Facebook with lots of “I’ll send you a message” when anyone asks.

The text posted is…….

This email marketing side hustle gig is crazy! I thought it was a scam, but NOPE! Jane’s posts got my attention so I joined too. She began in May and is over $6000 earned now, I began 5 days ago and have earned $65.30. And my time invested is only 10 mins a day!

Not a scam.
Not more than 10 minutes a day.

More text………

I wake up check my emails, spent 5 to 10 minutes sending them and I’m done for the day and check the next day and start over. Excited to see what a few more weeks brings. 😁 so excited that I took the chance.❤️

Could be any of them. They all spout this nonsense

BiscuitsandPuffin · 15/07/2023 16:03

Same shit, same idiots getting taken in by it.

Kingsparkle · 15/07/2023 16:03

Could be any of them, I am leaning towards it being a Crypto one though for some reason

Only 10mins a day- hmm, is Jane selling blow jobs? 😂

PerspiringElizabeth · 15/07/2023 16:08

If it was true I doubt they’d be telling everyone about it.

I recently watched a series of videos on this (by the company, trying to recruit people), and STILL not clear what is actually required. So that’s all I need to know that it is dodgy 😆 I was waiting for the professional, concise elevator pitch and it just never came - hours of drivel actually telling me nothing at all.

Something about reposting viral videos. Way more work than 10 mins a day in reality, I’m sure. Plus if loads of people are starting these meme/viral insta accounts, why would anyone follow mine if there are hundreds of others to follow?

If you hit upon an idea of making huge sums of money very easily, would you tell anyone else? Because I sure as hell wouldn't - I'd keep it a closely-guarded secret and make myself very rich.

So ask yourself why someone would want you to join in this scheme? Somehow or other, they will make money out of you. That's all there is to it.

But people are always falling for it...

I was just surprised to see this person fall for a MLM type scam thing and wondered which one it was without wanting to have to ask and get an DM back that I had to ignore!

Cagey about what it is, directly telling you it isn't a scam... It's a scam. Was it also covered in emojis? Because nothing say professional like a crap load of emojis!

SBHon · 17/07/2023 12:25

DM her and ask and then report back!

Maybe her social media has been hacked?

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 25/07/2023 16:35

If you can earn $ 65.30 in ten minutes then why would you only want to work 10 minutes a day? and five days at 10 minutes a day and $ 65.30 earned isn't exactly instant riches, is it?

SplitLevel · 25/07/2023 17:44

NillyNoMates · 25/07/2023 15:23

Maybe her social media has been hacked?

Unfortunately not as she put a comment in that’s specific to her so people would know. And people replied that they knew she hadn’t been hacked due to that comment
