How can I look up a historic speeding offence - in France?

Posting for traffic as this is time sensitive. Had a car accident last night and need to make an insurance claim. Company wants to know all previous offences in last 4 years. We have three speeding offences from French holidays in 2017 and 2018. I haven't kept the paperwork, as they were just cash fines and I didn't think I needed to. There doesn't seem to be an obvious way of looking up historic offences. Is anyone clued up about this kind of thing and could point me in the right direction, please? Thank you in advance.

So you have 3 speeding offences and a crash in only a few years? I don’t think you should be driving Confused

Those offences are from more than 4 years ago so not relevant to the insurance surely?

Apparently they want anything from last 5 years

They’re not relevant - I wouldn’t tell the insurers nor should they ever find out or know

Not that it's any of your business but the accident I was involved in yesterday wasn't my fault. Thanks for your input though.

Don’t you have to tell the insurance company of any accidents or speeding offences when you renew your insurance? And then they are listed on your renewal paperwork? I don’t have any, but my insurance document has a box for previous offences and convictions and dates. So would your insurance company have the information from when you renewed before?

Offences in the UK yes. But offences abroad haven't been requested before (we checked at the time). We're not trying to hide anything - just surprised they're asking for these now as we did contact them about it at the time. I've found the payment details on my bank statements so that should be enough. Thanks for replying though.

Surely you informed the insurance company at the time of buying your insurance? Its always been a question at the time of purchase for me.
