I made a new life for myself, got married and now expecting my third baby. We’re keen to move from this property as we’ve outgrown it size wise (even without a baby in the mix) but I’m having some trouble exchanging. I found a property perfect for us with 2 bedrooms as my landlord told me I am only allowed 2, but when I applied they said I am only allowed 3 bedrooms now as I am pregnant. My landlord told me I’m not entitled to a 3 bedroom as the baby is disregarded until a year old. So now I’m stuck in limbo not being allowed a 2 bedroom but not being allowed a 3 bedroom yet either. I’ve contacted as many people as I can to confirm the information and they’re both set on their decisions. I’m not sure what to do from here. We don’t want to move just for an extra bedroom, I’m happy to stay in 2 bedrooms, we are generally unhappy here with neighbour issues amongst others so I’m keen to get going. Does anyone have any experience or advice to help me from here please?
